Job summary

Marsdens Law Group is recruiting a Legal Float Secretary for a 12-month period. The role is primarily based at Campbelltown head office with occasional travel to Camden, Oran Park, Liverpool and Sydney offices.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be a proactive team player, with solid MS Office experience. Flexible work arrangements and remote policies are noted within the culture.

Qualifications

• 12 months' previous experience as a legal secretary.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude.
• Highly adaptable in a changing environment.
• Intermediate MS Office experience.
• Experience in Digital Dictation, Affinity, HotDocs and Work Site Document Management would be highly regarded, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support, general diary and inbox management.
• Open and close files; monthly billing.
• Diary management, including organising internal and external client meetings.
