Job summary

Egis Group is seeking a Project Support Officer in Melbourne to provide high-level administrative support across the Victorian Distribution Service Line throughout the project lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers and service-line leaders to ensure successful project delivery.

Ideal candidates bring experience in a professional services setting, strong organisational skills, and proficiency with Oracle.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within a professional services environment.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work proactively with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with project costs, budget and margins during proposals and project stages.
• Assist with collations and preparation of tender and bid documents.
• Maintain project registers and CRM systems with go/no-go documentation.
• Support PMs with invoice and debtor follow up.
• Plan and schedule project activities.
• Manage supplier and subcontractor interactions.
• Handle reporting, timesheets, QA and expense claims.
