Job summary

Ku-ring-gai Council is seeking a motivated Project Support & Improvement Officer in Sydney to coordinate projects and admin support across initiatives, including PM procedures, system administration, and continuous improvement programs.

You will develop procedures, templates, and documentation, administer the PM system, train and support end users, and engage internal stakeholders while ensuring funding compliance and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field or demonstrated experience
• Current Class C Driver’s Licence
• Experience in project support, reporting, documentation and presentations
• Strong communication and time management, ability to work independently and with teams

Responsibilities

• Provide project support with procedures, templates, and documentation
• Administer and maintain the Project Management System including reporting
• Deliver training, troubleshooting, and user support for end users and teams
• Coordinate communications, meetings, and stakeholder engagement
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and monitor funding/compliance
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management
