Job summary

Join our ProReman team under Epiroc in Perth, providing expert support for hydraulic rock drill and related products. This remote role involves extensive travel on an 8/6 roster ex-Perth, contributing to customer project and reliability solutions and driving service excellence.

You will support all areas related to Customer Project & Reliability Solutions, manage on-site installations, provide training, and ensure safety by following manuals and procedures.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in diesel heavy earthmoving or plant mechanic.
• Senior First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with RDSA or OEM products is advantageous.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Underground mining knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Complete drill rig lubrication audits and site observation reports.
• Installations, commissioning and support of RDSA products and services.
• Project execution with data recording according to project plans.
• Mentoring and leading by example in service centres.
• Provide product training both internally and externally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with proper solutions.
• Provide timely reports from site visits in line with company expectations.
• Support Customer Support Team in identifying new customers and retaining existing ones.
• Operate and manage on-site installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance and test activities.
• Ensure work processes follow project plans.
