Job summary

Epiroc invites applications for a Product Support Specialist to drive Customer Project & Reliability Solutions for hydraulic rock drill products. The role involves on-site and remote support, including installations, commissioning, training, and detailed reporting from sites.

Based in Perth with extensive travel (8/6 roster) both domestically and internationally, you will work within a global ProReman framework.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in diesel heavy earthmoving or plant mechanics is required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Good written and verbal communication skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of Customer Project & Reliability Solutions for hydraulic rock drill products.
• Provide on-site and remote support, including installations, commissioning and training.
• Prepare timely reports from site visits and contribute to demand identification and customer retention.
