Opteon Property Group Pty Ltd invites applications for a 12-month secondment as a Business Support Analyst. You will support process optimisation, project delivery and data analysis while collaborating with teams across the business.

The role offers flexible remote work with some time in the Opteon offices. We’re seeking someone curious, organised and analytical who can learn quickly, document processes and help drive improvements in HALO and valuation related workflows.

Qualifications

• Improving processes or finding better ways of working
• Process and work instruction documentation
• Supporting projects and improvement initiatives
• Working with data, reporting or analytics
• Understanding how systems and technology can support business processes
• Working collaboratively with different stakeholders
• HALO, Valuations and Valuation support process knowledge is required
• Experience in IT operations, administration or business support would also be beneficial
• Curious, organised, analytical and comfortable asking questions and learning new things
• Not required to be an experienced Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Process optimisation – understanding current processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Knowledgebase Management – develop HALO and Valuation process documentation and guides.
• Project delivery – support projects from idea to implementation with stakeholders.
• Business and data analysis – using data and insights to diagnose issues and support decisions.
• Systems and technology – collaborate with IT to understand how systems support processes.
• Stakeholder engagement – work with teams across the business to understand needs.
• Documentation and change – document processes and support changes.
