Outsized in Sydney is seeking an Operations Support specialist to join its Product Operations team on an eight-month contract, with potential extension. The role focuses on accurate data setup and maintenance for commercial offers.

You will work closely with analytics and sales to ensure data integrity and timely offer launches in a distributed environment. Ideal candidates will have strong Excel skills, fast and precise typing, and the ability to work independently across remote and hybrid

Qualifications

• Experience in data entry, operations, or administrative support roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with formulas, pivot tables and data validation.
• Fast, accurate typing and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with multitasking ability.
• Experience in remote or hybrid team environments.

Responsibilities

• Input and manage data across internal databases, spreadsheets, and operational tools to support the timely setup of offers.
• Review data entries to identify and resolve inconsistencies, ensuring high levels of data accuracy and integrity.
• Update existing records with precision and maintain documentation to support internal reporting and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with analytics and sales teams to align on offer setup requirements and assist in workflow execution.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while working independently in a distributed environment.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements in data entry and operational support workflows.
