Job summary

Kameleon Group is seeking a flexible, home-based Behaviour Support Practitioner to support participants across Australia. You will work from home with a national clinical team, conducting assessments, developing CPBSPs and coaching families in implementing plans.

You'll have an undergraduate qualification and current NDIS Worker Screening, with opportunities for supervision, professional development and clear pathways into senior clinical roles within a supportive PBS-focused team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
• Recognised NDIS PBS Practitioner with practitioner number.
• Ability to coach families and support workers in plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop CPBSPs.
• Identify Restrictive Practices and draft Interim Plans within NDIS timeframes.
• Support implementation, monitor progress and review outcomes.
• Coach families and support workers in plan execution.
• Collaborate with supervisors and clinical specialists for training and projects.
