Job summary

The role requires CPBSP development, coaching families and support workers, NDIS practitioner status, and an undergraduate qualification. You’ll join a collaborative team with ongoing PD, supervision and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have CPBSP development experience and ability to coach families and support workers.
• Registered NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner with an NDIS practitioner number.
• Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening.
• Driver's licence and insured, roadworthy vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments and develop CPBSPs.
• Support implementation, monitor progress and review plans.
• Identify Restrictive Practices and develop Interim Plans within NDIS timeframes.
• Coach families and support workers in the plans.
• Connect with the wider team through training and workshops.
