Job summary

Better Rehab is a clinician-founded and clinician-led organisation delivering Behaviour Support services. Based at Mulgrave, you’ll support NDIS participants with a varied caseload, under supervision, with a clear path for professional growth.

You’ll have real flexibility including work-from-home options and a dedicated PD budget to pursue ongoing learning. Our team embraces diverse backgrounds and a commitment to quality care.

Qualifications

• PBS Registration - Proficient Suitability or above.
• Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space.
• Driver’s license and own vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Minimum of 4 years' experience within Behaviour Support

Responsibilities

• Based at Mulgrave you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.
• You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.
• You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.
