Kameleon Group is seeking a flexible, home-based Behaviour Support Practitioner to support participants across Australia. You will work from home with a national clinical team, conducting assessments, developing CPBSPs and coaching families in implementing plans.
You'll have an undergraduate qualification and current NDIS Worker Screening, with opportunities for supervision, professional development and clear pathways into senior clinical roles within a supportive PBS-focused team.
Do your best clinical work — with genuine supervision, career progression and the flexibility to work where you live.
We're specialists in Positive Behaviour Support — it's all we do. That focus means our clinical leadership, supervision, training and systems have all been built specifically for Behaviour Support. You’ll join an experienced national team supporting participants across NSW, QLD, VIC, WA, ACT and TAS — while working from home and within your local community.
This is a flexible, home-based role with no daily office commute. You’ll work with participants in their homes, schools, workplaces and communities while staying connected to a supportive national clinical team. You’ll:
