Job summary

Shoalhaven City Council is seeking a motivated administrator to oversee the Holiday Haven PMS. You will ensure system reliability, support users, and drive improvements to enable efficient park operations and excellent customer service.

Your work will involve training users, documenting processes, and collaborating with IT, vendors and internal teams to optimise performance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience administering and supporting a PMS or similar system.
• Strong technical skills in system configuration, user support and continuous improvement.
• Ability to analyse system data and reporting to support operational decisions.
• Experience delivering user training and developing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the Property Management System (PMS).
• Ensure reliable system performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Provide user support and troubleshooting.
• Drive process improvements and system adoption.
• Deliver data-driven insights for park operations.
