iContracting Pty Ltd in the Pilbara region is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Engineer/Superintendent to lead a major civil works package in a remote mining environment. You will oversee Project Engineers, Superintendents, Site Supervisors and safety supports, driving safe, efficient, and profitable delivery while collaborating with clients and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in road construction and maintenance.
• Senior Engineering, Project Management, or Superintendent background.
• Strong leadership and team development capability.
• Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
• Sound knowledge of Mines Safety and Inspection and Work Health & Safety legislation.
• Strong planning and project delivery capability.
• Understanding of safety requirements within a mining environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and delegate effectively.
• Section 26 (S26) qualification desirable.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications highly regarded.
• Unrestricted Australian working rights.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior engineering or project management role.
