Job summary

Dayforce, Inc. is seeking a aPay Dayforce Service Consultant to join our global HCM team. You will participate in all stages of the aPay implementation lifecycle, from discovery to post-go-live support, under the direction of the Project Manager.

You will design solutions, configure modules, conduct consulting sessions, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure successful payroll implementations. Remote work across Australia and New Zealand is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 to 7 years’ experience in a Software Implementation role or 5+ years with payroll or related HR systems; Ascender Pay experience is a plus.
• Experience with software design and implementation, including document writing.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills for external clients.
• Ability to work autonomously or as part of a project team.

Responsibilities

• Document and validate customer business requirements and map them to aPay Dayforce functionality.
• Design and document innovative solutions to address customer business needs.
• Configure aPay Dayforce modules to meet customer requirements.
• Conduct consulting sessions (phone and in-person) and document minutes.
• Participate in customer testing cycles and address issues.
• Attend internal project meetings and provide status updates.
• Provide customers with follow-up consulting and assistance.
