Jobgether is seeking a Payment Support Specialist based in Australia to join an international, fully remote team. You will assist customers and partners with payment processes, investigate issues, and collaborate with product and engineering to enhance service quality.

Key requirements include English (B2) and Russian language proficiency, experience in fintech or payments, and strong troubleshooting skills with CRM/ticketing familiarity.

Qualifications

• English proficiency at B2 level or above and Russian language proficiency.
• Experience in customer support, preferably fintech or payments.
• Understanding of payment processes, gateways, and transaction flows.
• Analytical and troubleshooting abilities with structured problem solving.
• Excellent customer service, empathy and clear communication.
• Attention to detail in handling financial transactions and records.
• Ability to work independently in an international distributed team.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and support tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality customer assistance via email, live chat and tickets.
• Handle payment inquiries, including status, failures, and troubleshooting.
• Explain payment flows and options to users and partners.
• Investigate issues and collaborate with technical teams for resolution.
• Work with developers, testers, product managers to improve performance.
• Document user feedback and contribute to FAQs and knowledge bases.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ticketing systems.
• Identify opportunities to streamline support workflows and tools.
• Follow the 3/3 rotation covering day and night shifts.
