Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Payment Support Specialist based in Australia to deliver exceptional support for fintech and blockchain-enabled payment services. You will assist users, troubleshoot transactions, and guide customers through payment processes while collaborating with product, engineering, and testing teams in a fully remote, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support, preferably within fintech or payment services.
• Practical understanding of payment processes and gateways.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent customer service, with empathy and patience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, distributed team.
• Willingness to work the 3/3 rotational schedule (two day shifts and one night shift).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support via email, live chat, and tickets.
• Handle payment-related inquiries and troubleshoot transactions.
• Explain payment flows and options to users and partners.
• Investigate issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA to improve the platform.
