Job summary

Professional Credit Service is seeking a Patient Advocate to join our Ensource service line. This remote role offers 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, within 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST. Training provided, equipment supplied after training, and KPI performance is required. Earn $15.50–$17.00 per hour with bonuses.

Work from home across Mountain, Central and Eastern time zones in select states. Must have quiet private space, reliable high-speed Internet, and company webcam activation during hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year medical billing experience.
• Dedicated private home workspace for focus during work hours.
• 50 Mbps or higher internet, wired from modem to PC.

Responsibilities

• Set up acceptable payment arrangements on current self-pay balances.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, data entry and update account information.
• Answer basic medical billing and insurance questions.
• Follow up on outstanding insurance claims using healthcare websites.
• Learn and use healthcare database programs.
• Focus on problem resolution and high-volume call handling.
• Maintain professional communication and speaking voice.
