HealthWISE Community Ltd. is seeking a part-time Finance Officer – Accounts to manage day-to-day accounts payable and receivable across multiple NSW regional sites (Tamworth, Narrabri, Moree, Gunnedah).

The role reports to the Finance Manager and supports financial systems, reporting, and audits. The successful candidate will have 3+ years in accounts, strong accuracy, proficiency in Excel/Word/Teams, and experience with MYOB Acumatica or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an accounts position.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Teams).
• Ability to work in a flexible team and autonomously.
• Understanding of primary health care sector.

Responsabilités

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Manage invoices, payments and account enquiries.
• Complete bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain confidential financial records.
• Support staff with finance systems (MYOB Acumatica, ProSpend).
• Prepare financial reports and assist with audits.
