Job summary

Mask is seeking a part-time CRM specialist to grow customer retention and loyalty for our home fragrance brand in Murwillumbah, NSW. The role offers hybrid or remote work with hourly or retainer payment.

You will own customer segmentation, lifecycle automation, and campaign planning across email and SMS. Responsibilities include lifecycle flows and loyalty initiatives to move customers from first purchase to repeat orders, ensuring brand consistency and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM/retention marketing or customer lifecycle management.
• Strong experience with Klaviyo including email/SMS campaigns, segmentation, automation and reporting.
• Working knowledge of Shopify and loyalty platforms (Smile.io).
• General knowledge of Google Analytics and translating data into actions.
• Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
• Experience developing customer journeys and optimizing retention performance.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own customer segmentation and lifecycle automation across email and SMS.
• Plan, execute and optimise email and SMS campaigns with Klaviyo.
• Build and optimise automated flows (welcome, post-purchase, replenishment, cross-sell, loyalty).
• Manage loyalty program and drive participation, rewards, and retention.
