Qualifications

• Extensive experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing and loyalty with ability to connect strategy to execution.
• Proven track record leading enterprise or complex client engagements from discovery through delivery and reporting.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, segmentation, personalisation and data-driven optimisation.

Responsibilities
