Job summary

Sharp & Carter, a national professional services organisation, seeks an experienced People Services Advisor to join its People & Culture function during a pivotal evolution. This 12-month FTC places you in a national service delivery team providing frontline HR support to employees and leaders from a CBD-based office.

You will respond to HR enquiries via phone, chat and other channels, offer generalist advice across the employee lifecycle, and collaborate with Business Partners and specialist

Qualifications

• Experience in centralised HR or shared-services environment.
• Handles a regular volume of HR enquiries from employees and leaders.
• Broad knowledge of HR policies and the employee lifecycle.
• Able to work autonomously within a national team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee and leader HR enquiries across phone, chat and other channels.
• Provide practical, timely and consistent generalist HR advice across the employee lifecycle.
• Deliver a high-quality People Services experience across a national stakeholder group.
• Collaborate with the broader People & Culture function, including Business Partnering and specialist teams.
• Navigate HR systems, processes and policies to support resolution of enquiries.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
• Contribute ideas and feedback as the People Services model evolves.
• Provide additional support to the Perth office and local P&C team as required.
