Job summary

HubSpot is seeking an Outbound Business Development Representative for ANZ, based in Sydney or remote on the East Coast. The role focuses on sparking conversations with prospective customers, qualifying leads, and booking discovery meetings to fuel the sales pipeline.

You’ll work closely with Account Executives, hitting activity and pipeline KPIs while developing your sales toolkit in a world-class organization. Flexible work setup and uncapped commissions are offered.

Qualifications

Proven ability to handle high-volume outbound prospecting.
Ability to qualify leads based on fit, need and urgency.
Experience collaborating with Account Executives to drive pipeline.
Strong communication and cold-call capabilities.
Adaptability to a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.

Responsibilities

Own and execute outbound prospecting through 60-100+ activities/day via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Collaborate with Account Executives to target strategic accounts and refine outreach strategy.
Qualify leads and book high-quality discovery meetings.
Hit and exceed KPIs for activity, meetings, and pipeline impact.
Grow and learn continuously in a high-growth sales team.
