Job summary

Employment Hero is hiring an Outbound Sales Development Representative for the ANZ team. You’ll generate new sales opportunities via outbound calls and emails, qualify leads, and hand them to Account Executives for closure. The role supports our mission to revolutionise workforce management in a remote-first environment.

They emphasise autonomy, performance, and access to cutting-edge AI tools, with a base of $83k AUD and an OTE of $140,960 AUD, and the option to work from anywhere in Australia.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven high volume outbound sales experience (B2B).
• Strong phone presence and demonstrated resilience to be on the phone all day.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Meet or exceed sales targets to drive company growth.
• Identify and qualify key decision-makers in prospects.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to handover high-potential leads.
