Job summary

Mini Connections is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to own candidate sourcing, placement workflows, and client-candidate management in a premium nanny and babysitting service. You will oversee CRM, reference checks, and onboarding with a focus on seamless, timely service.

The role requires strong English communication and proactive problem solving. Working remotely from Australia-based hours (AEST) with access to autonomy and weekly director check-ins.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven experience as an Operations Manager, OBM, or Senior Executive Support in fast-paced premium recruitment or related services.
• Exceptional written and verbal English with a premium brand tone.
• Proactive problem solving and ability to streamline systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee candidate sourcing, onboarding, and CRM upkeep to ensure no delays in service.
• Manage client inquiries and handle conflicts with autonomy while reporting to the Director weekly.
• Coordinate interviews and post-placement workflows across the team.
• Post targeted job ads to attract high-quality candidates across social channels.
