Responsibilities

• Provide remote, onsite and phone support for clients across Australia
• Deliver high-quality technical support and issue resolution for end-user requests
• Troubleshoot and assist with Windows operating systems and related Microsoft applications
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain service levels and knowledge sharing
