YES Medical, part of YES Group, is expanding its New South Wales team and seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager. You will identify prospects, manage the sales pipeline and work with internal teams to tailor proposals that demonstrate value to healthcare partners.

You’ll onboard new clients, nurture them to maximize satisfaction and upsell opportunities, and provide weekly sales analyses to the National Sales Manager. A collaborative, fast‑moving environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development and B2B sales.
• Ability to manage the full sales lifecycle.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and lead management to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Engaging clients via drop-ins, calls, and follow-ups with tailored proposals.
• Client onboarding with cross‑team coordination for smooth delivery.
• Account management and upsell opportunities with existing clients.
• Weekly reporting on sales progress and pipeline status.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain and sales support.
• Manage allocated expense budget to maximise contribution.
