YES Medical, part of YES Group, is expanding its Business Development team in Australia. The Business Development Manager will drive growth by prospecting, managing leads in our CRM, and onboarding new clients.

You will engage clients via drop-ins, calls, and follow-ups, tailor presentations, and collaborate with marketing, supply chain and sales support to improve performance. This remote role offers nationwide scope and opportunities to build strong client partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Prospecting and Lead Management: Identify and research prospects, understand needs, and manage leads in CRM.
• Engaging Clients: Conduct drop-ins, calls, and follow-ups to generate new business and prepare tailored proposals.
• Client Onboarding: Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and strong first impressions for new clients.
• Account Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients, monitor satisfaction, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Reporting and Analysis: Provide weekly reports on sales progress, pipeline status, and client updates to National Sales Manager.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, supply chain, and sales support for strategy and customer experience improvements.
• Budget Management: Manage allocated expense budget to maximize performance.
