Job summary

MyIntegra is seeking a Regional Support Coordinator in Melbourne to assess needs and coordinate NDIS supports for participants referred to our services. The role is remote with required visits to clients in Melbourne and surrounding areas.

You will coordinate services, complete necessary admin, and build relationships with quasi-government bodies and disability groups while promoting MyIntegra across the market.

Responsibilities

• Assist NDIS participants in implementing their plans and coordinating services.
• Complete all necessary administration and ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with government bodies and disability groups.
• Grow networks and retain partnerships with stakeholders.
• Promote MyIntegra and generate interest in support coordination; may involve presentations to Local Area Coordinators and service providers.
