MyIntegra seeks an NDIS Support Coordinator based in Melbourne to work remotely with occasional participant visits. You will assist participants in implementing their NDIS plans, coordinate supports, and ensure compliance with required standards.

You will build relationships with local service providers, government bodies, and disability groups, promote MyIntegra, and generate leads through presentations to LACs and providers. A drivers license and ability to travel are required.

Formación

• 6 months to 1 year of experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator
• Allied Health qualifications or a minimum Certificate IV in Allied Health, Disability, Aged Care, or similar
• Current drivers license and willingness to travel to clients
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check required

Responsabilidades

• Assist NDIS participants in implementing their NDIS Plans and coordinating services
• Complete administration to the required standard, ensuring full compliance
• Maintain and develop relationships with quasi-government bodies and disability associations/groups
• Promote MyIntegra and generate interest in support coordination under the NDIS through presentations to Local Area Coordinators, Disability Service Providers, and groups
• Visit participants as required and coordinate support coordination activities
