Sophos is seeking an experienced MDR Operations Manager based in Australia to lead global 24x7 security operations, drive people development, and improve operational health. You will coordinate cross‑region collaboration and ensure high-quality investigations while scaling the MDR service.

You will manage staffing, triage, escalation, and customer outcomes, using data and automation to reduce friction and improve efficiency across APJ hours.

• 7+ years in cybersecurity operations or SOC with leadership experience.
