Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist with 5+ years in Marketo/CRM and a strong AI-first mindset. You will architect the marketing engine, automate workflows, and reduce manual processes across marketing and sales integrations.

You’ll manage Marketo operations, lead investigations, optimize campaigns, document systems, and collaborate across functions in a remote-first, fast-growing company offering ESOP, home-office allowance, generous parental leave, and global team

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo preferred) in a fast-paced B2B environment.
• Strong CRM integration knowledge (Salesforce preferred) and data-driven mindset.
• Experience using AI tools to automate marketing operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Platform Management & Support: Manage the day-to-day operations of our Marketo instance to support the broader business.
• Lead Investigations & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot funnel leakage, routing issues, scoring anomalies, and syncs between Marketo and Salesforce.
• Operational & Campaign Optimisation: Drive Marketo optimisation and apply AI to streamline campaigns and speed to market.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Understand marketing, sales, and business processes and translate requirements into data constraints and technical solutions.
• System Overhaul & Simplification: Partner on high-level projects to simplify Marketo and reduce technical debt.
• List Operations Management: Oversee List Operations (2 direct reports) with focus on data hygiene and segmentation with AI enrichment.
• Ruthless Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation for systems and workflows.
