Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred).
• Experience integrating Marketo with Salesforce.
• Strong CRM and data-driven optimization.
• Ability to design AI-assisted automated workflows.

Responsibilities

• Platform Management & Support – run day-to-day Marketo operations and ensure uptime and scalable processes.
• Lead Investigations & Troubleshooting – diagnose funnel leakage, routing issues, and sync problems between Marketo and Salesforce.
• Operational & Campaign Optimisation – optimize campaigns, apply AI to repetitive tasks, speed up time-to-market.
• Cross-Functional Business Alignment – map marketing and sales processes to data constraints and technical solutions.
• System Overhaul & Simplification – partner on strategic Marketo simplification efforts and reduce technical debt.
• List Operations Management – supervise data hygiene, segmentation, and list execution with AI-driven automation.
• Ruthless Documentation – maintain comprehensive, accessible documentation of systems and workflows.
