Qualifikationen

• Manage day-to-day Marketo operations to ensure uptime and scalable processes.
• Investigate funnel issues, scoring anomalies, and sync problems between Marketo and Salesforce.
• Drive continuous optimization of campaigns and apply AI to repetitive tasks.
• Align marketing, sales and business processes; translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Overhaul and simplify Marketo architecture to remove technical debt.
• Oversee List Operations with focus on data hygiene and segmentation.
