Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to own day-to-day Marketo operations, ensuring uptime, flawless execution, and scalable processes in a remote-first environment.

You will investigate funnel leakage, troubleshoot routing, scoring, and sync issues between Marketo and Salesforce, while driving continuous optimisation and AI-enabled improvements across campaigns and data hygiene. The role requires 5+ years in Marketo/MarTech in a B2B setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo preferred) in a fast-paced B2B environment.
• Strong appetite for using AI tools to solve MarOps problems.
• Ability to map data flows through the MarTech stack from touchpoint to Salesforce opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Marketo; ensure high uptime, flawless execution and scalable processes.
• Investigate funnel leakage; troubleshoot routing, scoring, and sync issues with Salesforce.
• Drive continuous Marketo optimisation and apply AI to repetitive tasks.
• Understand marketing, sales and business processes; translate requirements into data constraints and technical solutions.
• Document systems and workflows to keep the infrastructure transparent.
