Employment Hero is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist with deep Marketo expertise to architect and automate our marketing engine. You will lead the transition from manual processes to AI-assisted workflows, eliminate data silos, and ensure reliable, scalable campaigns across the funnel.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience managing Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo preferred) in a fast-paced B2B environment.
Strong appetite for using AI tools to solve MarOps problems.
Ability to map data flows across the MarTech stack and design scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the Marketo instance to ensure uptime and scalable processes.
Investigate funnel leakage, troubleshoot routing issues, scoring anomalies, and syncs between Marketo and Salesforce.
Drive continuous Marketo optimisation, apply AI to automate repetitive tasks, and improve time-to-market.
