Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Marketo/CRM experience in a fast-paced B2B environment.
• AI-first mindset with a strong focus on automated workflows.
• Systems thinking across the MarTech stack and data flows.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration with Marketo.
• High autonomy with value-driven delivery and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Platform management and daily support of Marketo to ensure uptime and scalable processes.
• Lead investigations to troubleshoot funnel leakage, routing, scoring, and sync issues.
• Drive continuous campaign optimization with AI-assisted automation.
• Align marketing, sales, and business processes; translate requirements into data constraints.
• Partner on high-level projects to overhaul and simplify the Marketo instance.
• Manage List Operations with data hygiene and segmentation; explore automation.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of systems and workflows.
