Job summary

Atlassian seeks a Mandarin-speaking Enterprise Account Manager to manage the retention and growth of large enterprise customers in the Greater China Region. You will own the full customer lifecycle, secure renewals, and drive expansion while partnering with Sales, Services, Channel Partners and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Enterprise Account Management or related sales.
• Fluent English and Mandarin; Cantonese valued.
• Autonomy to drive revenue and account health.

Responsibilities

• Own Revenue Accountability: Drive sales, maintain a precise pipeline forecast, and balance priorities.
• Drive Account Strategy: Partner cross-functionally to execute strategic account plans.
• Execute Complex Deals: Navigate procurement, legal, and security workflows to close expansions.
• Master the Atlassian GTM Model: Adopt and optimize go-to-market for enterprise.
• Champion Operational Excellence: Maintain pristine CRM data and use insights to predict health.
• Bridge Regional Nuances: Localize global strategy for Chinese-speaking enterprise clients.
