Job summary

EBR Ever Better Recruitment in Sydney CBD seeks an Experienced Software Developer with fluent Mandarin to join a financial services client. You will design, develop and test enterprise software, focusing on Java and CRM-oriented systems, while collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

The role requires 5+ years of Java experience, Mandarin proficiency, and knowledge of SpringMVC/MyBatis/MySQL/SQL Server.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise Java development experience.
• Solid recent experience in designing and developing enterprise software.
• Excellent Mandarin communication skills.
• Familiar with SpringMVC, Mybatis, MySQL, SQL Server.
• Experience with CI/CD, multi-threading and performance optimization.
• Unit Testing & Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Exposure to case management, workflow and BPM is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop large or medium enterprise software, preferably CRM.
• Maintain high software quality through thorough practices and processes.
• Design, develop and unit test applications following industry standards.
• Analyse and resolve technical and application problems.
• Translate system requirements into task specifications for engineers.
