My Virtual Mate is hiring a part-time Outbound Cold Caller / Lead Generation VA. This remote role runs 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM Sydney Time. You will make outbound calls, contact prospective leads, and qualify opportunities using a provided script, while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires strong English, excellent communication, and the ability to meet call targets. A reliable home setup and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous outbound cold calling experience.
• Strong spoken English.
• Ability to follow a script while sounding natural.
• Reliable internet and suitable home setup.
• Ability to work toward call targets/KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospects.
• Contact and qualify leads from the provided list.
• Present the business/service professionally using the script.
• Record call outcomes and update lead records.
• Follow up with prospects and book appointments when applicable.
• Escalate interested prospects to the client when appropriate.
