Job summary

FP Markets, an Australia-based multi-regulated broker, seeks a Full-time Business Development Manager to grow LATAM client and partner networks. You will onboard IBs, affiliates, and HNW clients, driving revenue and strategic partnerships in a dynamic market.

Must have 2+ years in Forex/CFD sales, strong IB/affiliate connections, and fluency in English with native Spanish or Portuguese as a plus. Remote work is supported within a thriving global team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business development/sales within Forex/CFDs or financial trading is required.
• Strong network of IBs, affiliates, or HNW clients is essential.
• Fluent in English; native Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners in LATAM.
• Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through direct outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and affiliates.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes in FX/CFD, and competitive activity.
• Collaborate with marketing and compliance to ensure compliant campaigns and partnerships.
