Invested Talent is partnering with a global leader in financial markets to recruit a driven Business Development Manager for its Sydney retail team. You will convert warm leads, manage onboarding from account opening to funding, and handle inbound inquiries to grow trading activity.

The role requires a proven sales background, KPI focus, and the ability to build relationships in a fast-paced trading environment.

Formación

• Proven track record in B2C or B2B sales and business development.
• Ability to learn complex trading products quickly.
• Excellent communication and client-service mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Convert warm leads into active clients via outbound calls.
• Manage onboarding from account opening to funding and first trades.
• Handle inbound sales inquiries by phone, email and live chat.
• Grow trading volumes across retail, sophisticated and wholesale investors.
• Present at seminars and client events and create materials with Education and Marketing teams.
• Maintain a high-integrity pipeline and track progress against KPIs.
• Collaborate with Dealing, Research, Marketing and Payments teams to drive activity.
