Responsibilities

• Act as an initial point of contact for international clients and capture requirements.
• Respond to urgent client requests and coordinate with internal teams.
• Assist with quotes, proposals, CRM updates, and opportunity tracking.
• Review solicitations and RFIs to support qualification and planning.
• Maintain knowledge of Silvus products for client communication.
• Support market research on trends and competitive activity.
• Prepare presentations and coordinate client discussions with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations and Legal; travel 5–10% for events.
