Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an International Field Service Representative to act as a senior technical advisor for customers and internal teams. You will tailor multi-antenna MIMO radios and mesh networking systems to meet complex requirements, delivering demonstrations and field-driven solutions.

The role requires independent judgment, strong TCP/IP and RF knowledge, and travel up to 75%. Based in Australia, you will serve global customers and collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Product

Qualifications

Completion of secondary education ( GCSEs or equivalent) is required.
A technical degree is preferred.
Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in DoD/Military/Law Enforcement environment in a customer-facing technical role.

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior technical advisor to customers and internal stakeholders.
Conduct on-site and remote technical support, including field diagnostics and configuration.
Lead demonstrations, product evaluations, and long-duration user trials in field.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management to feed field-driven product insights.
Travel up to 75% and operate in dynamic field environments.
Provide technical training to end users tailored to their skill level.
