Qualifications

• Experience in outbound phone-based sales, including cold calling and lead generation.
• Experience managing customer interactions and developing sales opportunities via virtual or telephone engagement.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive remote sales activities to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities through proactive outreach.
• Conduct outbound prospecting to build a healthy opportunity pipeline.
• Educate customers on Medtronic products, services, and value propositions remotely.
• Partner with field sales to coordinate activities and support territory plans.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate product demonstrations and connect customers with field reps as needed.
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly while maintaining high standards of service.
