Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a remote-enabled Enterprise Accounts & Services representative for Australia and New Zealand. The 12-month full-time contract focuses on driving remote sales, identifying opportunities, and supporting adoption of Medtronic technologies.

You will engage customers remotely to expand access, educate on products, and coordinate with field sales to meet regional objectives. Flexible work arrangements are offered in Macquarie Park, NSW.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales or commercial experience with the appropriate education level.
• Experience in outbound phone-based sales activities, including cold calling and lead generation.
• Experience managing customer interactions and developing sales opportunities through virtual or telephone engagement.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple customer opportunities and priorities while consistently achieving activity targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive remote sales activities across assigned accounts and territories to achieve or exceed sales objectives.
• Identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities through proactive outreach and customer engagement.
• Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling and lead generation, to build and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline.
• Promote and educate customers on Medtronic products, services, and value propositions through virtual interactions.
• Partner with field sales representatives to coordinate customer activities, develop opportunities, and support territory plans.
• Analyse customer and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and actions that support business growth.
• Coordinate product demonstrations and facilitate connections between customers and field sales representatives where appropriate.
• Resolve customer enquiries and concerns in a timely manner while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
