Medtronic, a global leader in healthcare technology, is seeking a Remote Sales Specialist for Australia and New Zealand. The 12-month full-time contract is based in Macquarie Park, NSW, with a flexible work arrangement to support remote engagement and field collaboration.

You will drive sales growth through proactive outreach and customer engagement. Ideal candidates have a track record in outbound sales, CRM usage, and delivering virtual or telephone-based engagement to build opportunities

Competenze

• Requires 6+ years with HS, 4+ years with Associate, or 2+ years with Bachelor's in sales or related field.
• Experience with outbound phone-based sales including cold calling and lead generation.
• Experience managing customer interactions and developing opportunities via virtual or telephone engagement.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities while hitting activity targets.

• Drive remote sales activities across assigned accounts and territories to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement.
• Conduct outbound prospecting, including cold calling and lead generation, to maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Educate customers on Medtronic products, services, and value propositions via virtual interactions.
• Partner with field sales to coordinate activities, develop opportunities, and support territory plans.
• Analyze customer and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate product demonstrations and connect customers with field sales when appropriate.
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly while upholding high service standards.
