Job summary

Thryv is hiring for a permanent, work-from-home Inside Sales role across Australia and New Zealand. You will own the full sales cycle over the phone and video, expanding existing Thryv customers and new prospects, with a high performance team behind you.

You will manage the sales cycle end-to-end, including prospecting, qualification, closing, and onboarding handover, with monthly targets and a strong emphasis on relationship-building and independent work from home.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in inside sales, telesales or phone-based account management.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to grow and retain Thryv accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close and onboarding.
• Upsell and cross-sell Thryv digital marketing solutions to an existing portfolio.
• Hit monthly sales targets and contact centre KPIs.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and report results to the Account Director.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Stay up-to-date on Thryv product updates and SMB market trends.
