Job summary

Thryv is recruiting for an Inside Sales professional to work from home across Australia. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—over the phone and video, growing existing accounts and winning new business.

This is a permanent, full‑time WFH role with a total package of 95.8K, including a guaranteed 50% OTE for the first three months. Expect strong earning potential, structured coaching, and a fast‑growing SMB market.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in account management, inside sales or telesales.
• Ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
• Excellent rapport-building over the phone, with clients who trust you.
• Self-motivated, highly organized and capable of working from home without micromanagement.
• Strong pipeline discipline and target-driven mindset.
• Willingness to work in a permanent WFH role across Australia.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to grow and retain Thryv accounts.
• Manage full sales cycle from first contact to close and onboarding.
• Upsell and cross-sell Thryv digital marketing solutions.
• Hit monthly sales targets and KPIs, maintain clear pipeline records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Stay up-to-date with Thryv product updates and SMB market trends.
