Job summary

ESS is seeking an experienced Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Project Manager to lead safe, efficient delivery of services across remote mining sites in Australia. You will oversee Unit and Maintenance Managers, ensuring safety, budget adherence and client satisfaction with a strong leadership stance.

You will manage facilities like accommodation, catering, housekeeping, grounds and village services, fostering high-performing teams and exceptional service outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of complex IFM operations.
• Strong experience in mining services or remote operations.
• Proven financial management including budgets and P&L accountability.
• Excellent contract and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across facilities management operations.
• Ensure safety, contractual and client satisfaction targets are met.
• Coordinate maintenance, asset management and service delivery across sites.
