You will oversee Unit and Maintenance Managers, ensuring safety, budget adherence and client satisfaction with a strong leadership stance.

You will manage facilities like accommodation, catering, housekeeping, grounds and village services, fostering high-performing teams and exceptional service outcomes.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Project Manager to lead the safe, efficient and compliant delivery of services across a portfolio of remote mining and resources sites.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing multidisciplinary teams, driving operational performance, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the seamless integration of accommodation, catering, housekeeping, maintenance, grounds, infrastructure and village services.

About the Role

Reporting to the Area Manager, the IFM Project Manager is accountable for the overall operational, safety, financial and contractual performance of designated facilities management operations.

You will lead a team of Unit Managers, Maintenance Managers and site leaders, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual obligations and client expectations.

The role requires a strong blend of leadership, commercial acumen, stakeholder management and facilities management expertise to drive exceptional outcomes across a complex and fast-paced operational environment.

About You

You are a proven operational leader with extensive experience managing complex facilities management, mining services, remote operations or asset intensive service environments.

You bring a strategic mindset, strong commercial capability and the ability to lead diverse teams while maintaining exceptional client relationships.

Most importantly, you are passionate about developing people, improving performance and delivering outstanding service outcomes.

To be successful, you will have:

• Demonstrated leadership experience within Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), mining services, facilities management, hospitality services or remote operations.
• Proven experience managing large multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong financial management experience including budgeting, forecasting and P&L accountability.
• Experience managing maintenance, facilities or asset management functions.
• Exceptional stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
• Strong understanding of contract management and service delivery models.
• Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated experience driving operational improvement and performance outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety systems and practices.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, Hospitality, Trade Management or a related discipline.
• Project Management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
• Experience working within the mining, resources or remote village sectors.
• Asset management and maintenance planning experience.
• Knowledge of ISO, compliance and governance frameworks.
• Experience with CMMS platforms such as SAP, Maximo, Pronto or similar systems.
